OUR COMMUNITY.

VenGold is a micro community of incredible women all here for one mission. To be better, be stronger, be healthier, feel better, more confident. When one woman feels like this it's great, but when a whole community mirrors this onto each other it becomes a force.

Committed to more than just coaching.

A large group of women and some men gathered on a grassy area, many making heart shapes with their hands. Some participants are wearing pink or purple, and a pink flag is visible on the right side. There are police officers present, and some individuals are holding signs with messages supporting women and respect.

Our members make us who we are.

One of our favourite things about VenGold is that we have created a space where women rise together, where confidence is contagious, community is celebrated and empowerment is shared. It's about being bold, embracing a journey together, it's about being part of something bigger than yourself.

This is VenGold. We lift as we climb.

“One of our favourite phrases. In my life I have been lifted by so many incredible women, and in an environment where you are celebrated not competing, it has been invaluable to our growth.”

Lift as You Climb

"Being surrounded by positivity and genuine desire to be better, it's infectious. Meeting and connecting with so many people from all walks of life is what makes this community so special.”

A Supportive Space

“Education is the key to true self confidence. If you understand your body and how it works, how to fuel it, you can truly become whoever you want to be."

Educate & Grow

Our Community Projects.

GIVING BACK

We are working on community projects to give back to the women who need it most.

PROJECT.

Us Girls: Youth Body Confidence

VenGold in partnership with US Girls, delivered by the Active Lichfield Communities Team at Lichfield District Council

Working with girls aged 12 to 18, delivering workshops on body confidence, self-belief, empowerment, nutrition and fuelling your body, and strength. It's about not being scared of exercise.

  • Having struggled with body image, sport and nutrition as a teen without the proper support, when I healed this relationship later in my 20s I knew one day I would always want to give back and help the girls in the shoes I once was.

  • This fills the gap on the support we wish we had when we were in our early teens.

  • Sessions are bi-monthly throughout the entire year.

  • Sessions are interactive and designed for around 30 to 45 minutes to keep engagement high.

"It was so nice to see such a wide range of women of different ages, backgrounds and interests all get together and talk about common concerns and goals. The support offered was great, with really simple, helpful ideas."
